Privacy policy
This policy explains what Jireh Fluid Controls ("BRISOL", "we") collects when you use brisolvalves.com, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
- Enquiries and quote requests: your name, company, phone number, and optionally your email, the part you need, and a photo of your valve.
- Download account: your mobile number (verified by an SMS code), name, company and email address (verified by a link), and a record of which files you downloaded and when.
- Technical data: your IP address, kept briefly to prevent abuse.
We do not collect payment details, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, with a quote, a lead time or the datasheet you asked for.
- To let you download datasheets, catalogues and drawings, and to follow up on them by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
We use your details only for these purposes. We never sell them.
Your consent
When you tick the consent box, or send an enquiry, you agree to this use. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Delete your account from the My account page, or write to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who processes it
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore and Cloud Storage), hosted in Google Cloud's Mumbai region where available. Phone verification codes are sent by Firebase. Enquiry notifications reach our sales team by email and WhatsApp (Meta). These providers process data on our behalf, under their own security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and download records for as long as they help us serve you, and for up to three years after your last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. When you delete your account, we erase your profile and download history straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and to name someone to act for you. You can also raise a grievance with us. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
