He finished a mechanical engineering degree at Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore, in 2010. He already knew he did not want a desk job, or one routine corner of somebody else's process.

He also knew he was not ready. Rather than start a company straight out of college, he took a junior production job at a local solenoid and pneumatics company in Sowripalayam and stayed three years — working across whatever the shop floor needed instead of settling into one role. It was the exact trade he would go on to build in: how a part is actually cut, where a process drifts, what fails at the end of a long shift.

In 2013 he registered Jireh Fluid Controls and built it the way he had planned it — from the ground up, and from the production floor backwards. The three years showed in the foundations: processes he had watched go wrong elsewhere, he set up differently from the first day.

What he found on those compressors set the direction. Buying in parts that kept failing the same way was not a business he wanted, so he began making them: the BR-AD timer drain range in 2016, solenoid valves and micro filters in 2019, coil manufacture brought in-house by 2022. Thirteen years on, the range is consolidated under one brand — BRISOL.

He still leads the engineering himself. He researches the range, designs it, and draws every component. He takes the technical calls — how to fit a part, why a line keeps filling with water — and when something fails in the field he inspects it and works back to the root cause rather than just sending a replacement. He runs the commercial side too. The company now works from premises it built and owns.
